Every package includes a static, brochure-style website — professionally designed fixed pages that present your business, services and contact details with an enquiry form. If your project needs dynamic functionality — online booking, e-commerce, customer logins, a content management system (CMS) or any database-driven features — we'll scope and quote it separately, and any third-party software, database or licensing costs are paid by the client.
Web hosting, domain registration and business email (e.g. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) are not included in package prices. Our bonus: if your chosen domain costs under AUD $50/year, we'll register it and host your static website free for as long as you're an active client — on every tier. Hosting for dynamic builds is quoted separately.
Ad spend for paid campaigns (Accelerate boost guidance, Elite campaign management, or any ads add-on) is set by you and billed directly by the ad platform — it sits outside the management fees above. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

The design and build of your static website is included in your package — there's no separate build fee. What's not included is hosting, your domain name and business email. That said, if your chosen domain costs under AUD $50/year, we'll register it and host your static site free for as long as you're an active client, on any tier.

Yes. Each package is built around a number of handles — 2 on Starter up to 5 on Elite — and you choose the mix from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Not sure which combination fits? That's what the strategy phase of onboarding answers, and your mix can change as your business evolves.
Yes, by design at the right tiers. Starter and Momentum focus on organic management to keep entry pricing accessible. Accelerate introduces optional paid-ads boost guidance, and Elite includes full paid social campaign management. Google Ads and dedicated ad campaigns can be added to any package as a quoted add-on. Your ad spend is always set by you and billed directly by the platform.
Yes — every package has a 3-month minimum term, then rolls month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. A documented strategy needs time to take effect, and judging results after a few weeks rarely reflects what consistent execution achieves. After 3 months you can continue, change tier or step away.
