Skyen Systems Pty Ltd (ACN 701 564 730), trading as Be My Growth, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What we collect

From enquiries and clients, we collect: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, and the content of your enquiries and communications with us.

Where you engage us, we also receive access to accounts and material you provide — which may include your customer lists, email subscriber lists, and access to your social media and advertising accounts.

From our website, we collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

2. How we collect it

Directly from you — through our contact form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, and during the course of your engagement. We do not buy personal information from third parties.

• To deliver the services you have engaged us for
• To issue invoices and collect payment
• To report to you on the work performed
• To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your customer or subscriber lists for any purpose other than delivering your services.

Where you give us access to customer or subscriber data, that information remains yours. We act on your instructions in relation to it, use it only to deliver your services, and return or delete it on request when your engagement ends.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to give us that data, and that your own privacy policy allows for it.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where necessary to deliver the services or run our business:

• Service providers who help us deliver the services
• Platforms you have engaged us to work with, such as Meta and Google
• Our payment processor, for card payments
• Our hosting, email and file storage providers
• Our accountants and professional advisers
• Government authorities where required by law

6. Overseas disclosure

We may disclose personal information to service providers located outside Australia, including in Asia and the Middle East. Where we do, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed we destroy or de-identify it.

9. Access, correction and deletion

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@bemygrowth.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and there are limited circumstances where we may be unable to delete information we are legally required to keep.

10. Cookies

Our website uses cookies necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at privacy@bemygrowth.com and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.
